INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add lamb cubes and marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Preheat broiler or light the barbecue.
  3. Divide the meat and vegetables evenly into 4 parts, and skewer the pieces on 4 skewers.
  4. Place 4 to 5 inches from flame. Grill, turning to cook evenly, for approximately 10 minutes.

  1. Dissolve the lemon jelly crystals in ½ cup boiling water. Whisk the jelly with cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Combine the crushed biscuits and butter. Press into the base of a pan.
  3. Pour the cream cheese filling over the biscuits, and then spread evenly to cover the biscuit base. Refrigerate.
  4. Prepare second packet of jelly according to the packet instructions. Allow to cool, then gently pour over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Set in fridge for roughly 4 hours or until firm.

  1. Add semiya to the boiling water and cook it. Drain the excess water from cooked semiya. Wash the cooked semiya with cold water.
  2. Wash and soak the basil seeds in water. Refrigerate the basil seeds for 5 minutes.
  3. Chop the fruits and refrigerate it.
  4. Prepare jelly as directed in the pack. Once set, crumble the jelly lightly using a fork or spoon.
  5. Boil milk and sugar for 5 minuets. And refrigerate it for 5 minutes.
  6. In a tall glass add chopped fruits, cooked semiya, cooled milk, rooh afza, jelly pieces and a spoon of basil seeds.
  7. Again put some fruit pieces and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  8. Fruit Falooda / Faluda is ready. Enjoy!!!

  1. In a pressure cooker add mutton boti, small onion paste, ginger garlic paste, curry masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, and 4 cup of water and allow for 5 to 6 whistles
  2. Chop the onion, tomato, green chili
  3. Remove and filter the boti from pressure cooker
  4. Heat the oil in the kadai and temper the mustard and curry leaves and saute the onion and green chili
  5. Add tomato and mix well
  6. Add pepper, mutton masala, garam masala and salt and mix well
  7. Then, add cooked boti and mix well
  8. Allow to cook for 10-15 mins in medium flame until it miss well
  9. Now mutton boti is ready to serve

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
  2. Add 1 tsp hot oil to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Divide the miture into equal portions.
  4. Roll it into oval or any shape of your choice.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the pakoras till it turns golden brown in colour from all the sides.
  6. Remove on absorbent paper and repeat the same process for the remaining ingredients to make more pakoras.
  7. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
