Mutton Boti Curry is famous in all over TamilNadu. Boti is a healthy and tasty part of mutton with an easy and simple steps to get it spicy and delicious boti curry!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 kg Mutton boti
- 1/2 cup onion paste
- 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Curry masala powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 green chili
- 1 sprinkle Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp mutton masala
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a pressure cooker add mutton boti, small onion paste, ginger garlic paste, curry masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, and 4 cup of water and allow for 5 to 6 whistles
- Chop the onion, tomato, green chili
- Remove and filter the boti from pressure cooker
- Heat the oil in the kadai and temper the mustard and curry leaves and saute the onion and green chili
- Add tomato and mix well
- Add pepper, mutton masala, garam masala and salt and mix well
- Then, add cooked boti and mix well
- Allow to cook for 10-15 mins in medium flame until it miss well
- Now mutton boti is ready to serve
