Fish Fry Recipe is a simple and delicious dish of fish fry that we often make at home. We have shallow fried the fish slices to make it healthy and flavoured it with ground masalas for an extra taste. You can make this recipe as a side dish along with your meal.

For Marination:

  1. Mix all the ingredient for the marination to a thick paste. Apply it all over the fish and leave to marinate for 30 mins, you can place it over sunlight or leave it on the counter.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan, place fish over it and cook covered for 7 to 8 mins, flip over and cook on other side till crispy and cooked.
  3. Add in curry leaves and mix well.
  4. Serve hot.

  1. Make slashed in eggs and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai. Add chilli, turmeric and garam masala powder. Add in boiled eggs and fry for 2 mins. Remove and set aside.
  3. Now in the same oil add onions and cook till golden.
  4. Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
  5. Add in tomato puree and cook till oil separates.
  6. Add salt and spice powders and mix well.
  7. Add in eggs and mx well.
  8. Add in water and simmer for a while. Add milk and mix well.

Chicken Nasi Goreng Recipe | HungryForever

Chicken Nasi Goreng is a popular Indonesian fried rice with chicken, prawn and basmati rice served with sweet soy sauce. 
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cook the prawns and keep aside.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder if desired.
  3. Heat 1/2 tsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  4. Add half of the beaten eggs, spread to a thin layer and cook for a few minutes or until set and golden.
  5. Remove, roll and slice once cooled.
  6. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
  7. Add the remaining oil to the pan.
  8. Saute the onions until golden and crisp.
  9. Remove and drain the oil from the pan.
  10. Add the Thai red curry paste, sliced chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until the chicken is almost cooked.
  11. Add the basmati rice.
  12. Cook for a minute.
  13. Remove and add the eggs, onions, cucumber and coriander leaves.
  14. Toss gently until all ingredients are well mixed.
  15. Garnish with spring onions and serve as desired.

Chikoo Milkshake Recipe | HungryForever

Chikoo Milkshake Recipe (Sapota Milkshake) - Simple smooth milkshake recipe of chikku. Perfect for hot summer afternoons and morning breakfast.

  1. Remove the skin of Chikoo properly.
  2. Cut the chikkos in quarters and remove the seeds.
  3. Put chikku in a juicer or mixer and add milk. Add sugar if you feel the chikoo are not too sweet.
  4. Add a drop of vanilla essence. Alternatively you can add vanilla ice cream too.
  5. Blitz into smooth milkshake.
  6. Open the jar and add ice cubes. Blitz again.
  7. Chikoo milkshake is ready. Pour the milkshake in serving glasses and serve chilled.

  2. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut slit on 1 side of each biscuit, forming a deep pocket. Place 1 slice of cheese into each pocket. Top cheese with 6 or 7 pepperoni slices. Press dough around edge to seal each biscuit.
  3. Place 1 biscuit on center of waffle maker. Close lid; cook 3 minutes or until waffle is golden brown. Repeat with remaining filled biscuits. Serve with pizza sauce.

Pozole Rojo Recipe | HungryForever

Pozole rojo is a hearty stew made with pork or chicken in a red-chile broth and studded with hominy. 
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Season pork with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat and brown pork. Remove and set aside.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil and cook onion about 4 minutes or until soft, stirring occasionally. Add garlic, cumin and oregano, and cook about 1 minute. Add pork and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered about 45 minutes or until pork is tender.
  3. Serve with chopped avocado, radish and lime wedges.
Tips:
  1. For a quicker meal: substitute cooked, shredded pork, chicken or beef for the pork cubes and stir into onions after they are softened. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes or until heated through.
  2. For a lower fat meal: substitute 1-1/4 pounds pork tenderloin for pork butt and reduce cook time to 10 minutes or until pork is done.
