Vendakkai pachadi is most delicious, tasty and easy sidedish that you can make to go with any curry of your choice and rice. Vendakkai pachadi is also called as bhindi raita. Make this curd-based recipe do it in your home.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams ladies finger
- 3/4 cup Curd/plain yogurt
- 2 green chilli chopped
For the seasoning
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Red chilli
- Curry Leaves a sprig
INSTRUCTIONS
- Select tender ladies finger.Wash and wipe it dry with a clean towel. Cut off the crown and the tip.
- Cut it into thin slices. This is very important.
- Shallow fry the ladies finger along with green chilli in oil till brown and crisp.
- After it cools, add curd and needed salt. Mix well.
- Heat a tsp of oil, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add curry leaves and red chilli. Add this seasoning to the pachadi. Serve as a side dish along with rice.
